SHIPPING/DELIVERY:

We process all of our orders within 1-2 Business Days after your order is placed. Orders are processed in the order they are received. Shipping costs may increase due to weight, volume, location and shipping method. Express shipping rates are available for Canada, US & UK, additional shipping methods may be selected at checkout. Remote areas may take longer to deliver and increase in cost. *All quoted shipping times are rough estimates and may change due to unforeseen circumstances. STANDARD SHIPPING:

Standard shipping rates will be shown in the checkout process. Standard rate costs vary on weight and distance.

Please allow 1-2 Business Days for your order to be fulfilled. *Free Standard Shipping is available for all orders over $50 (before tax) within North America.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

International shipping rates will be shown in the checkout process, shipping rates vary based on weight and distance. Please allow 1-2 Business Days to fulfill your order and approximately 7-10 additional Business Days for delivery, again depending on your location. We currently offer worldwide shipping, and depending on your distance shipping rates may increase.

International orders may receive additional costs such as duties and taxes, however Shauni Cosmetics is not responsible for any of those fees. These costs fluctuate by country and order value, so we have no influence or control over them.

TRACKING YOUR SHIPMENT:

Shortly after placing an order with us, you will receive an email confirming your order. Then in the next 1-2 Business days you will receive an additional email with your tracking number.

*Note: Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the tracking to show updates. If you have any questions regarding your package please contact the designated shipping courier for more information.

RETURNS:

Don't love it? Return it. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 90 day return & exchange policy. All customers are responsible for the return shipping fee and paying a re-stocking fee.

Due to the nature of our product, a re-stocking fee will be charged on all used items. Re-stocking fee will be based on the amount of product you will be returning or exchanging. Refunds are made in the original form of payment and are issued to the person documented on the original order.

If your order is delayed, lost or possibly stolen, please fill out a claim with your courier so they can try to locate your order as soon as possible. Once a claim has been filed please email us the claim information and we will wait on the results of the claim before proceeding forward.
